Let's try this:

To download these files using a Mac:

you'll need to hold down the Option (if memory serves) key while clicking on the links below. Doing this will result in a menu to popping up by your cursor that has some items you can pick.
On that menu, you should pick the item that reads "Save file as..." or "Save Target as..." or something similar to that.

If you're using a PC, then just point at the link and press your RIGHT mouse button rather than the left. A similar menu will pop up by your cursor.

This will initiate the download of these files to your computer and you simply pick a location where you want to store the files.
